My journey in luxury hospitality began in a lobby in 2018, but the lady I am today has been shaped not only by my professional path, but by the way I choose to live each day: with elegance, with romance, and with a thoughtful appreciation for life's simple beauty.

I started as a young Lobby Ambassador, learning how a warm greeting can soften even the most hurried traveler's day. As part of the Bell team, I discovered the discipline behind hospitality—the importance of detail, timing, and quiet attentiveness. Today, as Guest Relations Manager, I continue to refine what service truly means: creating comfort through sincerity, understanding unspoken needs, and carrying myself with the grace that luxury service inspires.

But this blog is not only about my career.
